At Aevi, we want you to feel confident in your purchase. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order for a refund.


Return Process

To start a return, please follow the steps below:

  2. Securely package the item, ideally in its original packaging.
  3. Include your order number or proof of purchase inside the package.
  4. Ship the item to the return address provided by our support team.

Please note: Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.


Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  • Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue.
  • We’ll work quickly to resolve the problem with a replacement or refund, where applicable.

Claims submitted outside this timeframe may not be eligible for resolution.


Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, items that have been heavily used or damaged due to misuse may not qualify for a refund. Each return is reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
